Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased from Kotek ("we", "us", or "our") via kotek.online.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchased service within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that work on the service has not yet substantially begun.

If you request the service to begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund: Requested within 14 days of purchase and before the initial consultation call has taken place.
  • Partial refund (50%): Requested after the initial consultation but before document work has commenced.
  • No refund: After document preparation, filings, or third-party work has been initiated on your behalf.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Government fees, apostilles, sworn translation costs and other third-party disbursements.
  • Services already delivered in full.
  • Downloadable digital templates once accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a written request to help@kotek.online including your full name, order reference, and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Outcome Disclaimer

Kotek provides consulting and administrative support. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or business registration, as final decisions rest with the competent authorities. A rejection by a public authority does not, by itself, entitle the client to a refund of consulting fees.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
