These Terms govern your use of the Kotek website (kotek.online) and the consulting services we provide.
1. Services
Kotek provides advisory services related to European work permits, residence permits, and the formation of consulting businesses within the EU. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation in court.
2. Engagement
A binding engagement is formed once you accept a written proposal or complete an online payment. Each engagement is governed by the scope described in that proposal.
3. Fees & Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance unless a milestone plan is agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Deliver requested documents in a timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws of the destination country.
5. Confidentiality & Data
We handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Documents you share are stored in encrypted systems and shared only with parties necessary to deliver the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, checklists, and written deliverables remain the intellectual property of Kotek and are licensed to you for your personal use only.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Warsaw, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
